The cornerstone of Palia Brothers was laid in the year 2002. We are a well-reputed Manufacturer of a wide array of Products such as Black Pepper, Dehydrated Green Pepper, White Pepper etc. The Palia Brothers are originally Coffee and pepper planters. Their original plan was to try and market their products in North India. During the survey that he conducted, Mr. Y. R. Palia found to his amazement that so many manufacturers of blended spices did not know about the Quality standards of the spices that they have been using since years and were at the mercy of the traders. Mr. Y. R. Palia is the managing partner, and Mr. N. R. Palia is the partner taking care of the operations. Mr. Y. R. Palia is basically a Mechanical Engineer and has wide experience in engineering industry both on the shop floor and in administration. Having worked in many industries before, he has settled down in the Coffee and Pepper estate developed by his late father.

Infrastructure :
We have erected a robust infrastructure that is spread over a vast area. We are well-equipped with latest and technologically advanced processing and testing facilities. Our manufacturing unit houses plant with a capacity of producing around 12 metric tonnes of graded black pepper per day, around 1 ton per day of white pepper, about one ton per day of dehydrated green pepper.

Quality is our specialty, as a result we give due importance to the adherence of stringent quality testing measures in our organization. We have quality analysts, who conduct various quality tests at each level of the manufacturing process of the Products.
